KCU's Anne Marie Crowley Named Member Service Person of the Year

Kilrush Credit Union is celebrating a fantastic achievement after Anne Marie Crowley was named Member Service Person of the Year at the Credit Union Awards at the weekend.

The award is a wonderful recognition of Anne Marie’s dedication to Kilrush Credit Union’s members and the contribution she has made throughout more than eight years with the Credit Union. 

Known by both members and colleagues for her knowledge, patience and willingness to help, Anne Marie is often the person people turn to when they need advice, support or simply a problem solved. She plays an important role across many areas of the Credit Union while continuing to support members directly on the frontline whenever needed.

Anne Marie is particularly known for the care and reassurance she provides to members who may need a little extra support, combining her extensive knowledge with genuine empathy and understanding.

She has also had a significant impact on the wider Kilrush Credit Union team. As a key trainer for new Tellers and Member Services Officers, Anne Marie generously shares her experience and knowledge and has helped colleagues develop their own confidence and skills. 

For everyone at Kilrush Credit Union, the award confirms something they already knew: Anne Marie represents the very best of what member service should be.
