What do I need to apply?
For personal applications the following documents are required:
- 2 Most Recent Payslips
- Bank account statements for 3 previous months (including Revolut), provided via AIS
- Proof of rent or other liabilities if not evident on your bank statement
- Proof of Green home / transport expenditure e.g., an invoice
If Self employed/director of a company you will also need to provide:
- The last 2 years of financial accounts
- The most recent chapter 4 self assessment / Form 11
- Tax Clearance Certificate / letter from your accountant confirming tax affairs are up to date
Our aim is to provide a loan decision within 24 hours. If you submit the required proof of income and complete your AIS (for bank statements), you may receive a decision even sooner.
If applying in branch, bringing these documents with you can help speed up the process and reduce the time taken to reach a decision.
