Dear Member,

We are changing your framework contract with us. These changes come into effect on 1 September 2025.

Where can you find your new framework contract?

You can find it on our website at https://kilrushcreditunion.ie/services/downloads, by clicking here or by requesting a copy in our office.

What do you need to do to accept these changes?

You don’t need to do anything to accept the changes. They will automatically apply to your account from 1 September 2025.

If you do not want to accept the changes, you must let us know in writing in advance of 29 August 2025. You can then close your account immediately and without charge before the changes take effect on 1 September 2025.
